Gender transitioning is becoming popular. Health care workers are needed to effect medical transitioning treatments. However, health workers can have a conscientious objection to assist in transitioning. \u00a0This conference aims to outline the background to the increasing popularity of gender transitioning and what medical transitioning requires from the health care worker. It will also explore the current legal position and helps for workers and students with a conscientious objection. This conference will provide guidance in how to navigate through the university and workplace for those with a conscientious objection to gender transitioning.
